My community used Birch to manage our property in 2016. The work was alright, but not very high quality. We always had to follow up with them, or neighbors had to report things that were missing to get it done. I don't know how many countless times I had to call them out on not fulfilling what was in their contract.
It took Brich until mid July to get our sprinklers up and running and at that time our grass went brown. There were many issues from landscaping to snow removal with Birch that we finally had to let them go. We got a new company and they are doing much better and were able to fix our irrigation issues that Birch and the previous company did not fix.
