Brookdale Center Driver and Vehicle Services

Called yesterday to see if I needed my birth certificate and was told no. So after testing in Plymouth I HAD to drive here to get my birth certificate. After waiting in line for 20 mins, I get to the counter, she has me go through everything I need to do here, hand her all my testing forms etc she informs me that their computer network is down and she cannot do anything. Why did they let everyone wait in line and tell them individually that they are down and can't do anything instead of telling everyone as a group....now I have to try tomorrow....went back the next morning and all went well, short wait 10 mins, and the clerk did everything, correctly and quickly, and was very nice!

I have been to several DMVs in the area, and each has been an experience I'd like not to relive. But, the Shingle Creek DMV was the exact opposite. It was fast, it was easy, it was clean. The people working there were helpful, competent, and had good/positive attitudes. I can say that for no other DMV. I have been there twice, once to get new tabs and once to get my licence renewed. Each visit took less than fifteen minutes. I was very impressed.
