Express Cuts & Tan

Went there for the first time for a bleach and tone. I color my hair platinum blonde and expressed to them that it is somewhat difficult to get my hair that color due to how brassy my hair gets. The stylist seemed confident that she could do it based on the bleach and toner that they use. I left there with my roots orange and misdeed spots that didn’t get colored at all. I will never return.
