I find it odd that the ratings are either five stars or one star. I've been bringing my dress shirts here for 4 years. Most of the employees are friendlier than you would expect and yes there are few that are a bit more monotone but they are far from rude. I share the same concern that others have about their starching practice. I like heavy starch and at best I get medium. Besides that the quality of the work they do is high and I've never had any lost clothing.

Just moved to the area looking for a good Dry cleaner. I have been using these guys for 2 months now for slacks and Dress shirts. I like medium starch on my shirts and they come back with what seems light starch at best even when I ask for heavy. Additionally, need to pay in advance and there is a minimum 2 day turn.. Has to be a better option.. Looking now.. BTW I have communicated my dislike about their service and it has not improved.
