I don't normally post bad reviews online, but after the awful customer service I got, I felt I should warn others. I have been going to these cleaners for years, and never had a problem. But about a year or so ago, I think they had a management/ownership change. Around that time, one of my husband's dress shirts came back damaged (sleeve ripped). They claimed it was already ripped when they got it, but the cleaning process made the rip bigger. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & didn't ask to be reimbursed. But then a SECOND shirt came back ripped! And when I complained, I NEVER got a response back as to what happened, or if we were going to get reimbursed. Ridiculous way to treat a long time regular customer! They lost my business.
