I went to this place, because I saw good reviews about this place and their staff. My experience today was awful, first I called on Saturday around 3pm to make my appointment for Sunday at 9:30 am, the girl who wrote my name decided to change it to "Andrea", so when I arrive the girl at the front desk (who wasn't the most kind person) couldn't find me, even though she was supposed to look for my last name , so she just gave me a paper with the agreement to sign, after I ask her if that promo about the $5 dollars off for a like on facebook was still available, (because I saw it, not because she offered me) after I went with the cosmectician to do my brows, I asked her please just clean around my eyebrows I don't need shape, just clean them, and yes she cleaned it but a lot and she did two different shapes, I didn't realized that when she gave me the mirror because she did kind of trick brushing my eyebrows to make them look good, when I went outside to pay $23 (almost like a haircut) she gave me the discount, so the total was $18, she asked me for a tip with 15% as minimum, so I payed and in the screen of the payment I was still "Andrea" and I told to this woman "look I'm still Andrea and that's not my email so maybe you can have trouble with the payment, take my phone number and please call me if you have any problems" so very upset she answers me "oh I just can't find you in my system" and I told her because I'm a new costumer this is my first time here, Ooooh big mistake she got so mad and sayed oh you are new??? Forget about it, you are fine. Honestly I didn't want have a fight with this woman, I already felt very uncomfortable with her behavior, but after that I just thought that is not fair because I'm paying for a service this is not free!!! I decided to use my money in this place, so this is not what I am paying for!!! What is happening with your costumer service??? It's so basic all the mistakes that you made with me!!! And now I'm reading that you also have a promo if your are a new costumer so this woman just answered: forget about it??? Absolutely dissapointed about this place I will never go back
