My biggest complaints were the terrible cigarette smell in the lobby/hallways and the walls are paper thin making it a very noisy place to sleep.
The room was ok (clean) but the shower head was broken and they gave us one shampoo packet the size of a McDonalds ketchup packet which needed scissors to open. It appears they are in the midst of fixing the place up but lots of work is still needed.
Staff was friendly, check in/out process was smooth. Continental breakfast was provided as promised.
