Bought a pair of jeans to go out for my birthday but the cashier left the security tag on. When I called to explain the situation, that I didn’t live close and now I can’t wear these jeans, all they said was “go to another Charlotte Russe”... lol. I asked for a coupon because they screwed up and now I bought an outfit for my birthday that I can’t even wear, but they denied me a simple coupon. I will not be returning to this location.
