Have had great experiences at the Tesla service center in Eden Prairie. When I picked up my new model S earlier this year, there were a couple of small dents and a chip on the windshield most likely from the delivery trip. They pointed this out immediately in our walk through and then coordinated the windshield replacement and repairs once the new windshield was received. Not only were the repairs done as planned, but they touched up a small scratch and repaired a tire that had nail in it that I wasn't aware of without any charge. James in service did a great job of keeping me informed of the status throughout the process.
