if i could rate it lower, i would. with the options available in the area i work, we believed it to be a god send that this company existed. there have been so many issues. the "repair" the issue and then give credits on the account. only every time i use the credits another issue happens. biggest issue is the wrong food or missing ordered items. the drivers DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO verify the order before taking it from the restaurant. a simple check of what the order is, stops A LOT of headaches. to try and call customer service is a joke. the only options are credit back or give you a credit on the account. no one takes the accountability of what the dasher is suppose to responsible for. the are charging a delivery fee, a service fee and expect a tip on top of it. if bite squad were to expand this area i would solely use them. but we are stuck with pizza, jimmy johns and a half-assed service like door dash. *** update: well i did a bit of research and it looks like grub hub is the new place to try. door dash, just lost another customer.
