the technician was great, the company has a terrible person at the front desk who is rude, after 29 years with this company my failure to make an appointment on her schedule and time line has told me that they are not interested in my money. It is a poor way to run a business. We are in business and treat our customers with respect. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
