Rude ass staff. The blonde hair manager I think sherri the one that works mostly days is the rudest of them all. They all act as if you are stupid and ridicule you in front of other customers for not knowing all the 80 coupon policies. It is ridiculous how they deal with customer conflict all I asked is if they can match coupons which every other holiday I go to have no problems or will do it just to be polite.The coupon clearly stated that it was a holiday coupon from another area and the black lady still managed to say sir that is not a holiday coupon when it was clearly posted right on the front. The day shift staff here though is complete garbage they clearly are ill managed and have no respect for paying customers. I will say though the night staff with the young man and the woman are super polite and it is a shame that the day staff can't learn how to be better at there job. I will never go here anytime before 8 pm and take my business somewhere else. They would be better off clearing house or at least getting trained in some sort of level in professionalism.
