The new management decided that an 700% price increase in one year was a good idea. We used to go there to fill our Cruisers with gas every weekend and get a pump out but since pump outs are now $35 a time we won't be going out of our way to stop at Howard's Point this summer. It is a nice Marina with friendly staff though, just too expensive now.
