Lexi Spa Nails

This place is awesome I had a bad experience with another nail place called nailed it my nails were lifting really bad i came in to this place and I've never been happier they were so gentle and took there time. They have a wide selection of colors, very clean place will definently recommend Lexi spa nails!

The reasoning for my rating of one star is because the staff is very on organized and rude in a way. The first time that I went to the salon the lady doing my nails was very disrespectful and was saying unnecessary comments about how I wanted MY nails done. After the first I didn’t go back for a good year. Recently I came back because I was absolutely desperate for nails. So I did hoping that they might’ve changed but I was wrong my second experience with them was even worse I got a guy who was just learning to do nails and was constantly hurting my cuticles and kept filing down my natural nails till the point that it was ridiculous. It took me two hours just to get acrylics on I was so frustrated and overwhelmed that I just wanted to leave without a job fully done. But that wasn’t the worst part, I got my nails done shorter than my usual lengthwise because the same lady that did my first nails came up to me and said “your nails too long for your age, we charge $5 more dollars if you want to keep them at that length” I was in shock because I had them very short and she considered them “too long”. Not once has a nail salon ever charged me extra for the length that I wanted and telling me what I should and shouldn’t have on my nails. Overall it’s just terrible.
