I had a wonderful experience here a while back. I hate that I forgot her name. The lady who helped us had short dark hair and glasses. Might have been the manager...? But she was friendly fun and very helpful. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service and she does a great job running the store. I always enjoy shopping here when I'm at the Medford outlet. She just went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you!
