Horrible nasty lady. Granted my dog is 100+ lbs but they wanted to sedate him to clip his nails because he was freaking out that they wanted to muzzle him. So they did and he flipped he couldn't breath. And the lady like nope can't do it. And then said I should have took him to obedience school. Really Isent it your job to know how to properly handle an animal what ever the size. Never will I go there again.
