INTACT BUILDING SERVICE STIFFED ME. I was hired to layout interior and exterior building signage and also stickers to place on INTACT cleaning equipment. My work is honest, extremely affordable and always on time. The bill wasn't much, but I do rely on honest relationships in my small business. No payment on even a small job can really affect my business. I even sent finished print ready artwork. After several requests for payment owner never got back to me.
