I was at Last Call on Friday with my boyfriend, I made 2 purchase and he made 2. After some banking errors/confusion on my part, I emailed the establishment my concerns and posted a reviewing listing my concerns.
Mike immediately reached out and over the course of 2 days was able to verify what the charges were and assisting with any further confusion.
There was great attention and care paid throughout this process and I greatly appreciate it.
As such, I would highly recommend this bar as they have shown a high standard of customer care and respect.
