A petty & excessively snide lady manager completely ruined my faith in the Cenex Station in Montevideo. I had purchased the wrong weight oil & was trying to return 2. I hadn't thought to keep a gas station receipt... Big mistake I guess. They spent over 20minutes trying to locate the purchase in their computer from the week before. As if it wasn't embarrassing enough basically being treated as if the only person on The planet Earth that wouldn't have saved that receipt was a thief! I felt like she liked doing this in front of the whole station. Then when I said I wouldn't wait while they tried to look up the security tapes I was denied the $4.50 items return altogether! Absolutely horrible customer service. They lost a customer for life over a transaction that would have cost them zero money to correct.
