Holland

Holland dropped a pallet of filters in front of my building and when I asked them to bring it inside said that I didn't pay the fee to bring it inside and that I was lucky he took it off the truck for me. I informed the driver that we paid for shipping, and that the extra fee was never discussed with me. I repeated my request for him to bring it in and he refused. I asked for his supervisors information and he got upset and started yelling at me about their fee and how I wasn't understanding. At which point I asked him to leave my property and told him that I would contact his supervisor. I called and spoke with the drivers supervisor who was very unapologetic. He informed me that he spoke with his driver and basically said that I was lying about the exchange and reiterated what the driver said. I understand the policy and would have paid the fee, had I been notified of it ahead of time, but instead I am stuck tearing apart a pallet and bringing in one package at a time as I don't keep a pallet jack on hand. Overall horrible experience and customer service.
