We want to tell about this store, because our experience here was very good last week. When we walked in, we were taken by the very welcoming layout and atmosphere in the store. We came looking for specific furniture items, and Kiki, the salesperson who greeted us, helped us find what we were looking for, tailored to the exact needs that we had. She knew when to leave us to look and when to come back and help us again when we had questions. She and the other staff in the store are very professional and helpful. We very much recommend this store for everyone who wants to have a good furniture shopping experience.

Sales manager lied to us about the need to obtain our personal information under the guise of the manufacturer needing it to cover the warranty. Many other places selling inexpensive items, furniture or otherwise, will gladly honor a warranty by providing a receipt or invoice.
