Terrible experience. Got to Rochester at 5am for my 5:45 flight they boarded the plane and then asked us to get off because maintenance needed to fix it. So went to the ticket area to get my flight changed waited in line for about 20mins had to go back through security but the man who gave me my flight change didn't give me my boarding pass for Rochester to Chicago just gave me 2 boarding passes for Chicago to Austin. When I specifically asked for one for Rochester to Chicago. So when I went to security they said I didn't have the right boarding pass so than had to go wait back in like for another 20mins. While waiting for our flight to be fixed the next plane for different flight was about to board at the gate we were waiting at and they were also told they're flight needed maintenance.... Also the employees working at that gate kept laughing and being rude to guests. Terrible experience and still waiting for my flight to be fixed and it's been over 5 hours still no updates. Don't fly in Rochester apparently their planes don't work...
