I hate charter in every way. Having to return my cable box after cancelling cable over the telephone just added insult to injury. Horrible horrible horrible business. Bad customer service. Poor pricing schemes. Inconsistent internet connectivity or speed. If I had another choice forb fast internet speed I would walk away from charter and never look back.

This building was not handicapped acessable. The doors were hard to get through. The man behind counter was very helpful. The counters were to high for me to sign the recite. I couldn't see as I signed my name in my wheelchair.
