Unfortunately for my family, Walgreens is our in network pharmacy. The service we have received has been consistently very poor. Every single experience has been disappointing at best. Yesterday I waited over 5 hours for eardops, including 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone in the pharmacy, only to arrive and find out the copay was over $100. Our pediatrician sent a different prescription to the other Walgreens in town at 7:30pm. As of 3:30 today, they were ordering the drops for us to pick up tomorrow. We never received any communication they were out of stock so we could try a different pharmacy in town. I am beyond fed up with the lack of respect shown for our time and family members in need of medication. My young son has been waiting over 48 hours for ear drops for a bilateral ear infection, absolutely unacceptable.
