Unfriendly staff. I know people have bad days, but if you work in customer service you can’t take that out on customers.
Returned gift bought for me from there for $69 ($20 of it a REI gift card). Refused to give me the $20 back so I couldn’t even exchange my gift for the right size. Management tried to claim that it was bought using a 20% off coupon, not with a $20 gift card. I tried to point out 20% of $69 is not $20, but they gave me a receipt and manager left.
Not sure how other locations are, but REI customer service will refer you back to the store in question, so stay away from this location.
