This business was recommended to me for Benjamin Moore paint and I was excited to go there.....HOWEVER, there were about 3 or 4 people working there that day, it was a Saturday afternoon and no excess of customers in the store. An employee passed me with a customer following him and said that "he'd be right with me"...I was standing by the paint colors. So, I wait....and watch, and when he finished with that person, another lady came up to the counter and then he started helping HER. I think....what just happened here? am I invisible? did you forget that I was next? after a minute or so, he looks at me and again says, I'll be right with you....so I wait 3 or 4 more minutes....and it became obvious to me that I was not going to get any help. at all. so I left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never go back to that store again. I was embarrassed that I even stopped there.
