This is probably one of the worst USPS locations in the surrounding Twin Cities area...and I've been to quite a few.
I don't know the issue is or why; but some of the employees here often seem to have the least concern about helping you or care about your needs. It's unfortunate as there are a few stellar employees here that treat you like a real customer.
The most recent example being this week (9/7), two ladies were working. One was occupied and being very helpful to all of her customers. The other just looked like she could care less if frozen had just frozen over.
When customers came up to the line and she was open, she walked around and ignored everyone--practically doing everything she could instead of helping the customer in line. Meanwhile, the other lady was very courteous and promptly pulled the next customer when she was available.
The underperforming lady and a few others can bring the experience down for everyone else. Please review and address these employees as it's unfortunately (and incorrect) reflection for the rest of the USPS staff at this location.
