They need to close this branch. I'm not a big reviewer so the fact that I would be so frustrated to bother to look up a specific branch of a bank in order to bother giving a negative review.... Been there 3 times now. First two the ATM was broken. Today I went there with my toddler in tow to get rid of some change. They don't have a way to count it. At a BANK? YOU CAN'T COUNT MONEY!?!? WHO THE HECK CAN!?!? The lady actually suggested I sit down and fill my own rolls (they provide the cardboard tubes) and then they would buy them from me. Yup...me and my 18 month old are gonna sit on the floor and sort change... She must have realized how stupid that sounded because she followed it up with "Or you can take it to Walmart and they have coinstar and as long as you get a Walmart gift card they won't charge you a fee." At this point I just walked away.
