Do not go to this T-Mobile I repeat do not go to this T-Mobile. This is not a real T-Mobile store. This is a third-party T-Mobile store. They were super rude to me treated me like I didn't know abything telling me if I didn't know something to Google it. Called T-Mobile and told them about my experience they told me that that location was a third-party someone privately owns it and is not a real T-Mobile store horrible customer service. The T-Mobile in Maplewood is the real location you want to go to they answer all your questions and they help you with all backups and Etc.
