My wife purchased a new iPhone and also an iPad. The iPad was just to use at home on our WiFi. Well come to find out they set us up with a wireless plan and 2 year contract for the IPad. We called Verizon and they said there would be an early termination fee of $170 and we would have to call the store. We have done that now 3 times and have still not gotten a call back from the manager. Could not be more disappointed and we have bought 6-7 phones in the past from this store.
